Welcome to the Military Watch Company (MWC) website. Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully. By using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

By placing an order, the buyer assumes full responsibility and liability. MWC accepts no responsibility for the misuse of any products purchased. All products are sold on the understanding that MWC is not liable for accidents or injuries occurring during transportation, handling, storage, sale, or use of the merchandise.

If in doubt, consult your local laws before ordering. By placing an order, you release MWC from any liability relating to the sale, use, ownership, and shipping of any products purchased.

6. Product Specifications

Occasionally, specifications may be improved—e.g., upgrading from a Ronda 705 to a 715 movement or replacing mineral glass with sapphire. Specifications are always upgrades, never downgrades. During transitional periods, the site may show older specifications until new stock is available.


7. Billing Currency

8. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed automatically and may be packed and shipped quickly—even outside business hours. Cancelling after placing an order may result in the item already being shipped.

If retrieval is possible, the packing center may charge between €13.50 and €35.00 (or equivalent in GBP/USD) for the time involved. This cost will be passed on to the buyer.

Another important fact to keep in mind is if a customer cancels an order after the shipping label has been generated, the cost of the postage label will be deducted from the refund amount. This is because shipping labels are non-refundable once generated and issued by the shipping companies or post offices hence we encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.

Alternatively, you may return the item after delivery—incurring only the outbound shipping charge. 


9. Local Taxes

Taxes and duties depend on your location. Charges such as VAT, GST, or customs duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We recommend using the regional site for your location:

Refused deliveries may incur both outbound and return shipping charges.

  • USA: Orders under $800 are tax-free

  • Australia: Orders up to AU$1,000 are tax-free

Within the EU, shipments between member countries are tax-free.


10. Returns & Refunds

Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in new, unused, and resalable condition. Items must be returned in original packaging.

Returns do not apply to personalized or engraved items.

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will refund or exchange it, including return shipping (if the error is on our part). Contact us immediately in case of damage to allow for carrier inspection.

Return requests must be made using our Returns Authorization form.


11. Failed Deliveries

If an item is refused and returned, especially by couriers like UPS or FedEx, we will refund the item less outbound and return shipping once received back.

For business addresses, please ensure staff are aware of incoming deliveries to prevent refusal.


12. DPD Deliveries (UK)

DPD will send delivery notifications via email and SMS. It's your responsibility to monitor tracking. Missed deliveries may incur return and re-delivery charges.

Check spam folders regularly to avoid missing delivery updates, especially with Gmail.


13. How to Return an Item

  • Return items in original packaging with all accessories and paperwork.

  • Include a note stating the reason for return and whether you want a refund or exchange.

  • Include your order number or a copy of the invoice.

  • Use insured, trackable shipping.

If insufficient postage is paid or no reason is provided, we may deduct applicable charges or an admin fee of 7.5%.

Allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed after receipt. Contact us first to confirm the correct return address.
